Meet the Trainers
Kathryn and Samantha take their time in training horses the right way. Point they try to make is not only to train the horses but, is to have fun and make it fun for the younge horses and there clients.
Kathryn Pugh
Certified Trainer from Meredith Manor International Equestrian center
Kathryn grew up in the small town of Boyne City, Michigan and started to ride at the early age of five, and has been riding ever since. Her grandfather was the force behind her really wanting to go to horse training school.
She has rode in many different disciplines, and enjoys teaching both western and English. Kathryn has had many students and horses excel in the disciplines of their choosing.
She has won at many jumping, english, western pleasure and barrel events. Before taking horses or clients to horse shows. She makes sure that they have a solid foundation in all basics.
Samantha Knebl
Samantha Knebl, is a trainer who promotes the training methods of natural horsemanship. She loves to take her time with horses and do stuff in a subtle slow way where they are giving the chance to learn not just slammed through there training.
Samantha had been around horses for her whole life but never at first pictured herself as person who would make horses a part of her life......Until one day her Aunt had her ride her older horse and when she put that first foot in the stirrup and sat down in that saddle, she knew right then and there that she wanted to make horses a part of her life. Ever since then she has been riding and making sure that horses will always be a part of her life. The way she got into training horses was when Kathryn and her started to hang out. She started learning tips from Kathryn and a better way to ride horses and how to handle certain horses in different ways.
Samantha has ridden in very many different disciplines and enjoys both western and english. She is planning on getting her certification as well.
